Fund XIII closed at $12.6 billion, reaching its hard-cap, and was significantly oversubscribed. Fund XIII is the largest pool of capital raised to invest in enterprise software companies. It will enable Thoma Bravo to continue to pursue its proven investment approach of owning and building high quality software companies. Fund XIII received strong support from Thoma Bravo’s diverse network of investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds, multinational corporations, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, endowments, foundations and family offices. “Thoma Bravo was built around partnership and trust.
