We also try to understand the culture of our clients – and tailor our staffing to meet those needs.” Elaine moves on to discuss the firm’s internal culture, as they look to perfect their dedicated customer service. We are a family- owned business, and those core values still exist today as they did when the business was started. We really focus on the fact that our client has been planning their special day for months – sometimes even years. That detail is not lost on us.
