Fleet prides themselves on their customer service, and realise that their customers require not just portals and great IT, but the human touch. They manage virtually everything, excepting order signature and invoice payments for their customers, and provide regular questionnaires to measure client satisfaction and regular meetings to aid their improvement. Andrew explains that the employee benefits market is seeing a huge opportunity for growth currently. “The cost of leavers to a company is estimated at £25,000, when the loss of productivity, recruitment of a replacement and the training of this new recruit is considered. Companies of all sizes are now realising that employee benefits are no longer just a nice incentive, but that they have become essential. Car schemes are probably in the top three when it comes to the desired benefits of most of our clients. “We work with partners in taxation, HR law and other benefit providers in order tonder review, and we have been a leading voice in the consultation.
