As regulatory changes are made and family circumstances change we constantly review our client’s situation to ensure they are exactly where they need to be at that point in their life.” Looking to the future, Fogwill & Jones are constantly seeking to hire new staff to grow even further, whilst maintaining their focus on providing the level of service that clients have come to expect, as Margaret concludes. “Overall, the future is very bright for us as we are a very ‘person to person’ advice firm and are used to, where necessary holding hands with our clients. Pension legislation, taxation and the legalities involved in Trusts and estates are a minefield and minefields require those passing through to hold hands with a person who is experienced in navigating the mines. “As such, the firm has also taken steps to ensure smooth succession from the current owner to the staff, ensuring clients will not be worried that a new firm would take it over as this definitely will not happen.
