Currently, the company has five funds and four partners, with assets under management of 1.1 billion Euros. As a licensed fi- nancial services company in accordance with the German Banking Act, LOYS is governed by the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaF- in). This is exposing investors to increased risk and market volatility, as they look for short term high yield investments.
