16 | Investment Excellence Awards 2026 Best Global AI-Powered Entity Management Platform 2026 & Compliance Automation Excellence Award 2026 Quantios Management Services exists to make sure the best technology is in the hands of the best people. Today, its platforms run the operations of some of the largest and most high-tech firms in the sector – however, its real driver is making that same enterprisegrade capability accessible to smaller and growing firms, too, as Adrian said: “We don’t think sophisticated, AI-enabled operations should be the preserve of the biggest players, and our aim is to give firms of every size the tools to work to that standard.” The software Quantios provides is entirely tailored toward making the daily lives of CTFS professionals easier, freeing them of manual, routine administration and empowering them to spend their time on the work that really matters – advising clients and building relationships. “We design everything around the realities of a global CTFS firm, because when talented people are supported by technology built for the way they actually work, firms and their clients both see better outcomes,” Adrian elaborated. This cutting-edge platform by Quantios has become the operational backbone of CTFS firms – and the most noteworthy move it has made with the technology has been taking it from a system of record which used generative AI, to a system of action using agentic AI. Quantios AI, launched this year, now comprises a group of specialised agents that don’t answer questions but actually handle the work itself, meaning more of the process is completed automatically, and then a human can review and approve before anything is committed. “Quantios believes it has a genuine opportunity, and a responsibility, to help shape the CFTS operating model through AI,” Adrian explained. “Not just incrementally improving individual tasks but transforming how the industry operates, competes, and creates value for clients. We think of it like a trusted colleague that plans the work, keeps the process moving, nudges the team on what needs attention, and anticipates the next step.” He expanded, “As agentic AI absorbs back-office processing, teams move up the value chain, away from administration and towards higher-value client work. Crucially, we’re building it responsibly, with the human approval, compliance controls, and audit trails our clients depend on, because in a sector this heavily regulated, trust has to be designed in from day one.” Quantios has already launched five agents within the platform, including bank statement processing for both clients and practice, bank reconciliation, director appointments across more than 100 jurisdictions, and timesheet capture. Tasks no longer require manual processes that take hours to complete, such as keying transactions line by line, matching every entry at month end, or generating a compliant appointment pack. Now, it all happens in a matter of minutes, with a full audit trail. “Our clients’ voice sits at the centre of everything we build,” Adrian told us. “This year, we’ve grown our Product Advisory Groups into the largest we’ve ever been, giving customers a direct say in the roadmap and in how each capability is shaped. When your clients operate in a regulated, nuanced environment, the only way to build genuinely useful software is to build it with them, so that their real-world needs, rather than our assumptions, drive what we do next.” Adrian revealed that there is a lot to come for the firm this year, including building on the five agents that are already live or in preview. Currently a work in progress are agents for meeting management, director resignation, audit assistant, trust distribution, and incorporations – and there are more under consideration across payments, share register management, transaction monitoring, and compliance. Also, an ongoing top priority for Quantios is insights. As agents take responsibility for more of the day-to-day process, they can generate a detailed, structured picture of how a firm operates, and Quantios seeks to put that data back in its customers’ hands. Adrian said: “Our goal is to move from doing the work to surfacing the intelligence within it, helping firms see recoverability, risk, capacity and profitability clearly, so that the platform doesn’t just execute the work but helps them make better decisions about it.” To learn more about Quantios Management Services, visit the company website.
