Varley is a financial advisor attached to Synovation Financial Services, and specialises in a vast range of services such as life insurance, disability cover, risk planning and various investments to name a few. Constantine begins by providing us with an overview of the expert services he can provide to clients. “The combination of my personal background, experience and qualifications allows me to provide expert financial advice. Additionally, I am able to supply valuable knowledge and guidance along their journey to financial wellbeing.” In 1990, Constantine passed the CEA (Certificate of Estate Agents) examinations after which he entered the financial industry in 1991. Initially, he established himself within the industry with Old Mutual, where he obtained various awards as a top achiever in different products. In 1995, he qualified at the University of the free State as a Certified Financial Planner. Fast forward to 1999, where he joined Pentagon, and in the year 2000 he began the Fourth Dimension Financial Services alongside 21 other brokers. In 2001, he started Synovation Financial Services where he is still a key individual within the firm. A few years down the line in 2017, Constantine joined Attooh! He is involved with the local community radio station, having been involved there since its inception in 1995, where he has been a director since 1996, later becoming the Chairman of board of directors from 1998 to Jan 2018 when he step down after nearly 22 years of service. Constantine serves on numerous governing bodies as trustee. Also, he is a director of various companies and trustee of many trusts. Additionally, he is involved with various other businesses, including property developments. Taking time to explain his approach to work, Constantine highlights how his honest outlook has helped him throughout the years. “As a whole, I believe in not selling something to my clients which I, myself, would not buy or invest in, nor which I would not recommend to a close relative. Instead, I believe in taking the middle path, so that I am confident when I meet a new client.
