Though they are a young company, Pasquale was keen to emphasise their commitment to this ethos; “The platform has been built from scratch, with technology designed to support a digital environment. Additionally, we have utilised the power of big data analytics to feed the Robo engine, alongside artificial intelligence (through the chatbot engine). We are always looking to improve on our platform.” The conversation soon turns to the future of Deus Technology, which sees further utilisation of artificial intelligence technology, as well as a movement on the lucrative Fintech B2C market. In his closing comments, Pasquale shares his thoughts on the growing Fintech market and how Deus aims to capitalise on the tectonic movements between new Fintech and old brick and mortar: “the Fintech B2C market will grow in the future thanks to collaboration with the incumbents. Fintech companies are reshaping client services, but the incumbent will copy and adapt what they offer, as they already have that client base in place. Ultimately, Deus will be the bridge between the “new” and the “traditional”.
