We listen to our clients and we react to their needs. We never forget that we are the custodians of their financial future. 3) We spend a considerable amount of time and resources on getting our message out to as many people as possible. Too many people allow themselves to be bullied by the banks, the regulators, the Government and other legalised robbers. We help them fight back to keep their money in their family. We encourage all our advisers to study for higher qualifications and give them the time and resources for personal development. We have robust development plans to ensure that every individual within our organisation becomes the best they can be. Furthermore, we encourage our clients to engage with us so we can continually improve our service. We regularly survey our clients regarding service and respond to their feedback. They also have a platform to engage with us via a “Have your say” section in our monthly newsletter and via responding to our regular blogs and con- tent via social media. We believe that integrity is at the heart of any business and that by un- derstanding our clients and working in partnership with them we provide more value than any other profession on the planet by helping them achieve their goals and protect their wealth from hostile attacks We treat every customer as a Very Important Person.
