We invited Managing Director Yianni Theodorou to tell us more about the firm and their recent achievements. Logic Wealth Planning was formed in 2004 and has grown rapidly in the past 13 years. Yianni outlines the range of services offered by the firm within the wealth management space and how it ensures that clients receive the best possible quality service. “To ensure that our clients receive a high quality service from us, we believe it’s crucial to spend time with our clients and get to know them, creating a non-transactional feel to meetings and promoting discussions around their life goals and aspirations. We offer and undertake ongoing reviews, lifetime journey planning and full cash-flow planning.” When undertaking a new project, Yianni discusses how staff make sure they understand the clients’ requirements and can meet their needs. Listening to clients is an important factor in ensuring the clients demands are met and sometimes exceeded. “Fact-finding together with Life Planning questioning and most importantly listening to our clients, ensures that we can recognise and understand our clients’ real areas of concern and what matters to them most. In turn this gives us a true picture of their individual needs, so that we can design a bespoke financial plan to suit their personal requirements.” Providing an overview of the sector currently, Yianni details the key challenges and outside influences which may affect the business. He feels it’s important that the company adapts in order to overcome these and Yianni seems confident that the firm is well placed in order for this to happen. “With a growing demand in the sector to supply repeatable, robust systems in both the advice and regulatory process, addressing this challenge remains pivotal to the firm’s success. By having an ongoing focus and developing systems to dovetail with all these aspects will ensure the firm has built its processes on solid foundations, thereby increasing its potential for longevity and success in the marketplace.” Discussing the firm’s culture, Yianni explains that the team has a passion for providing the very best service and looking after the customer, offering a warm welcome to every visitor and creating a happy and friendly environment to work in.
