Now, with 25 attorneys, and offices in Boston, Palm Beach Gardens, St. Louis, San Francisco and Tampa, the group boasts clients across the United States and in several foreign countries. Marcia notes that when she joined the legal profession, it was a very male dominant sector. “At the start, I was looked at by many of my male counterparts and superiors as an intruder. This drove me to work harder and prove that gender does not define one’s abilities. I was motivated to show the world that I could be the best in my field, and gave maximum effort in order to achieve just that.
