Inclusive Search was created by Richard Pickard after he spent almost 20 years working with international recruitment organisations. Having served as a Board Director for 7 years, he wanted to create his own business with a clear purpose & vision to reach out to a broader talent pool of candidates, and provide clients access to the highest quality diverse candidates in the market in terms of gender, ethnicity & LGBT+. There is growing awareness that diverse companies achieve better commercial results, with many successful companies now viewing Diversity & Inclusion as essential to their business performance and growth – plus it’s simply the right thing to do.
